SPINE Future
We decided to refresh and slightly modify the traditional look of a standard cube-shaped single-family house – this is how the SPINE Future project was created, which completely changes the image of cube houses. The obvious advantage is building material – natural concrete, which, thanks to its incredible resistance to weather conditions, can be used for several generations.
A simple design is definitely one of the advantages of this project. Modular house SPINE Future is our vision of the home of the future. The usable area is 124.81 m2, in which we placed an open living room, two bathrooms, three rooms, and a mezzanine. The entresol gives the opportunity to arrange the space freely – you can successfully arrange your wardrobe or study here.
SPINE prefabricated houses
The technology of prefabrication of modular houses is widely used in Europe, and architectural concrete is currently gaining more and more recognition among Poles. This solution makes it possible to erect a building quickly, provides more durable solutions than traditional construction and low costs of use.
The components of the modular concrete house are prepared in the factory under special conditions and under the supervision of experienced specialists. The components are prepared very precisely, with great emphasis on details. SPINE are prefabricated houses with unconventional design.
