The first proper stage of building a demonstration house made of concrete in Szprotawa was the construction of a modular reinforced concrete structure on the plot in Szprotawa. When the concrete structure was already standing, we started work to obtain the shell of the closed house. We installed external facade panels and made window joinery. An entresol and ceiling appeared inside. We have already obtained the basic state of the house – so that we could start work inside the modular house.
